Demo 1 - Beat 143

This is hands down the favorite beat I have made. I decided to make a beat that sounded very grand, so I created the trumpet part and it sounded perfect. From there the beat went very quickly, I felt in my mind I knew exactly what to play and it came out perfect in my opinion. MIDI and Drum Pad.

Demo 2 - Beat 141

This beat was heavily inspired by one of my favorite producers Zaytoven. The piano is the main thing that reflects his music, he tends to do a lot of quick subtle notes, and travels up and down the scales quickly in a lot of his beats. All of the melodies on this song were done on my MIDI, and the drums were done on a drum pad.

Demo 3 - Beat 145

This beat was my first attempt at trying to capture sort of a Bay Area sound as opposed to the more Atlanta trap style I usually do. I like this beat a lot and the main challenge for me was using the ARPs and synths that are in this style of music. MIDI.

Demo 4 - Compilation

This beat was the first “mixtape” I made, where I produced and mixed four beats on the same FL studio project. I was inspired to do this when my good friend, who is also a producer, started making these mixtapes. I created this with my regular DAW and most of the work was done on a MIDI.
